目的探索子宫动脉栓塞术治疗瘢痕妊娠的护理方法.方法回顾性分析对85例子宫瘢痕妊娠行子宫动脉栓塞术患者的临床资料及护理方法.结果 85例患者均痊愈出院,其中术后出现下腹及腰骶部坠胀疼痛30例;发热25例;恶心、呕吐20例.结论子宫动栓塞术的护理要点包括:术前充分的健康教育、心理护理、术后对并发症及药物不良反应的观察、出院指导等是子宫动脉栓塞术护理的关键.

Objective To explore the nursing methods of uterine artery embolization in treatment for cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP) during operation period.Methods This article summarized 85 samples for nursing of uterine artery embolization.Results The aforesaid 85 samples were all healed.After the operation,there were hypogastrium and lumbosacral portion nulge pain in 30 cases,fever in 25 cases,nausea and vomiting in 20 cases.Conclusion The key nursing points include the adequate health education before the cure,mental nursing and the preoperative preparation,as well as monitoring of vital signs and patients' conditions after operation,observing the potential complications and adverse drug reactions (ADR) and finally making discharge instructions.
