采用高效液相色谱仪测定不同栽培区附子的6种生物碱含量和相应栽培区土壤养分。结果表明,不同栽培区附子(Aconitum carmichaeli Debx.)的生物碱含量存在明显差异,土壤养分对附子生物碱含量有较大影响,其中全氮和速效磷对附子中双酯型生物碱含量影响作用较大。
採用高效液相色譜儀測定不同栽培區附子的6種生物堿含量和相應栽培區土壤養分。結果錶明,不同栽培區附子(Aconitum carmichaeli Debx.)的生物堿含量存在明顯差異,土壤養分對附子生物堿含量有較大影響,其中全氮和速效燐對附子中雙酯型生物堿含量影響作用較大。

Alkaloid content of Aconitum carmichaeli in different region was studied through High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). The soil factor was measured to analyze the effects of conent of alkaloid of A. carmichaeli on the Dexb in different region. The results showed that the content of alkaloid in differen region of A. carmichaeli were obviously different. Soil factors like total nitrogen and effcient phosphorus of soil had greatest direct-acting on the content of the diterpenoid alkaloids. The effects of soil factor on the content of alkaloid in different region of A. carmichaeli can be used to provide the basis for planting.
