采用 Dowex R32弱酸型阳离子树脂对含铜电镀废水进行处理,对单柱、双柱并联及串联运行方式的吸附效果,以及对污染物的解吸进行了系统研究。结果表明,在相同处理能力下,串联运行优于单柱和并联运行。在 pH 为4,流速为10 BV / h 的条件下,单柱吸附容量33.0 g / L,并联吸附容量31.9 g / L,串联吸附容量37.5 g / L;用质量分数为5%的硫酸作为解吸剂,解吸率可达92.1%;浓度较低的解吸液可作为套用液进行解吸,以提高后续解吸液的浓度。

Dowex R32 resin was used to treat copper-containing electroplating wastewater. The adsorption effects of single col-umn, parallel column, series column and the desorption of pollution were studied. The results showed that under the same processing capacity, series column operation was better than single and parallel column operation. Under the condition of pH 4, flow rate of 10 BV / h, adsorption capacity of single column, parallel column and series ion-exchange column can reached 33.0 g / L,31.9 g / L and 37.5 g / L,respectively. When 5% H2SO4 was used as the desorbent, the rate of the desorption was up to 92.1%. Desorption solution of lower concentration can be used as paraphrase liquid to improve concentration of desorption solution.
