从土壤中分离出一株纤维素分解菌,对其进行了形态学、生理生化特性、生长曲线、酶活等生物学特性的初步研究。结果表明,该菌株为革兰氏阳性菌、短杆状;单菌落为浅黄色,能进行穿刺培养;最适碳源为 CMC-Na,最适生长 pH 7.2,最适生长温度为35℃,该条件下,以5%(V / V)的接种量,该菌株在纤维素培养基中生长48 h 后纤维素酶活性达到最大值35.5 IU / mL。

종토양중분리출일주섬유소분해균,대기진행료형태학、생리생화특성、생장곡선、매활등생물학특성적초보연구。결과표명,해균주위혁란씨양성균、단간상;단균락위천황색,능진행천자배양;최괄탄원위 CMC-Na,최괄생장 pH 7.2,최괄생장온도위35℃,해조건하,이5%(V / V)적접충량,해균주재섬유소배양기중생장48 h 후섬유소매활성체도최대치35.5 IU / mL。
A bacterium strain was isolated from the soil and its producing extracellular cellulase was investigated. The biological characteristics of the strain including morphological, physiological and biochemical properties, growth curve and enzymatic properties were analyzed. The results showed that the bacterium was a gram-positive brevibacteria. The color of single colony was light yellow and puncture culture was obviously determined. The optimal carbon source was CMC-Na , and the optimal pH was 7.2. Under this condition, absorbance and enzyme activity were measured with biomass of the strain as the index at the temperature of 35 ℃ and with the inoculation amount of bacteria of 5%(V / V). The cellulose activity of the strain reached the maxium of 35.5 IU / mL after growing in the cellulase medium for 48 h.
