为实现快速非接触式的板件形位测量,提出了一种基于机器视觉的测量方法,将机器视觉技术应用到机械加工中。基于机器视觉的板件形位测量利用工业摄像机获取工件图像,经过图像滤波和图像分割后提取工件角点,匹配左右相机中的角点,从而得到角点的三维坐标,并且采用直线拟合的方法拟合工件边缘、计算直线斜率,得到工件的旋转角度。
為實現快速非接觸式的闆件形位測量,提齣瞭一種基于機器視覺的測量方法,將機器視覺技術應用到機械加工中。基于機器視覺的闆件形位測量利用工業攝像機穫取工件圖像,經過圖像濾波和圖像分割後提取工件角點,匹配左右相機中的角點,從而得到角點的三維坐標,併且採用直線擬閤的方法擬閤工件邊緣、計算直線斜率,得到工件的鏇轉角度。

In order to achieve rapid non-contact level measurement of a plate ’ s shape and position , this paper proposes a measurement method based on machine vision which applied to machining . The measurement of plate ’ s shape and position based on machine vision is a method which extracts workpiece corner and matches corners in two cameras to get the three-dimensional coordinates of corner points after using industrial cameras for the workpiece images , image filtering and segmentation . Calculating the angle of rotation of the workpiece by the slope of a straight line which got from linear fitting .
