通过对混凝土搅拌站系统的研究,采用以 PLC 为下位机、以工控机为上位机的混凝土搅拌站自动控制方式。系统以PLC 为控制核心, WinCC 为上位机的监控软件。通过应用PC Access 软件成功实现了 WinCC 与 PLC 之间的通信,从而使得 WinCC 组态的流程画面可以真实有效地反映出混凝土搅拌站的工作状况。详细阐述了 PLC 模块选择、系统控制方案和 WinCC 的画面组态。该系统具有生产效率高、工作性能稳定的特点,在试验运行过程中取得了良好的效果。

After the research of concrete mixing station system , we choose automatic control mode of concrete mixing station , which uses PLC as the lower computer and IPC as the superior machine . This system uses PLC as the control center , and WinCC is PC monitoring software . The communication between Wincc and PLC has been achived successfully by the application of the software PC Access , so the process screen of WinCC platform can truely and effectively reflect concrete mixing station′s operating condition . The article elaborates PLC module selection , system control program and WinCC platform in detail . This system has the characteristics of low cost , high production efficiency and stable performance , and achieves good effects in test run .
