虾青素是自然界发现的抗氧化能力最强的生物制剂,近几年来天然虾青素的国内外提取分离方法有很大发展,其中,用于提取的负压空化法、酶解法、超临界流体萃取法、微波处理提取法作为一些新兴的方法,目前已经逐步开始应用于工业生产;在分离纯化方面,层析法应用最为广泛,HPLC法分离效果更好,但成本较高。

Astaxanthin is the strongest antioxidant capacity of biological agents among all natural products , the last few years of natural astaxanthin extraction methods domestically and internationally have great developed. Among them, the method for the extraction of the negative pressure cavitating, enzymatic splitting method, the supercritical fluid extraction, microwave processing extraction method were some emerging methods, and some had been gradually used in industrial productions;the most widely used in the separation and purification was chromatography applications, and at the same time HPLC method separated better high cost.
