蜂花粉含有许多活性物质,对人体具有很高的营养价值,但是花粉具有坚韧的细胞壁,阻碍了人类对花粉的营养物质的吸收利用。目前破壁的方法有物理破壁法,生物破壁法和化学破壁法,本文对各种破壁方法进行综述并进行了展望。

Bee pollen contained many active substances and had a high nutritional value to human body. But the pollen had hard cells walls which hindered the nutrient absorption and utilization. At present , there are several kind methods which included physical cell wall disruption method, biological cell wall disruption method and chemical cell wall disruption method. All the methods were summarized. Finally , the prospects for the development and research field are also discussed.
