研究针叶樱桃提取物对小鼠免疫功能的影响。以0.06 g/kg·bw/d、0.12 g/kg·bw/d、0.35 g/kg·bw/d 3个剂量经口给予小鼠30 d，进行小鼠细胞免疫功能、体液免疫功能、单核-巨噬细胞功能及NK细胞活性测定。0.35 g/kg·bw/d组加ConA孔与不加ConA孔吸光度的差值及耳壳增重高于0 g/kg·bw/d组；0.35 g/kg·bw/d组溶血空斑数及半数溶血值高于0 g/kg·bw/d组，且差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。针叶樱桃提取物可以增强BI/F1代健康雌性小鼠的细胞与体液免疫功能。

To study the effects of Acerola cherry extracts on immune function in mice. The three doses (0.06, 0.12 or 0.35 g/kg·bw/d) were given to mice per os up to 30d. The effects of Acerola cherry on immune function of mice was observed by four aspects including:cellar immunity, humoral immunity, mononuclear-macrophages and NK cells. Absorbance difference between samples with or without ConA, the auricular edema, the haemolytic plaque numbers as well as the HC50 showed statistical significance between 0.35 g/kg·bw/d group and 0 g/kg·bw/d group (P < 0.05). Extract of Acerola cherry could enhance cell-mediated immunity and humoral immunity function in BI/F1 health female mice.
