采用等离子体发射光谱法测定了3种品牌30批次绿茶饮料中K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Cu和Zn等7种微量元素的含量,方法的加标回收率在92.5%~105.0%之间,相对标准偏差RSD≤4.35%,结果表明,绿茶中微量元素K、Ca、Mg和Mn含量丰富,而Fe、Cu和Zn的含量相对较低;绿茶和其它饮品可乐、雪碧、矿泉水相比较,绿茶中K、Mg和Fe含量较高。数理统计分析结果表明,不同批次3种品牌的绿茶中K、Mg、Mn、和Zn的含量没有显著性差别,K、Mg、Mn、和Zn的含量可以作为判断绿茶品质的重要指标。

The contents of trace elements such as K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn in 3 kinds of natural tea beverages were determined by using ICP-AES. The recoveries obtained by standard additive method were from 92.5%to 105.0%, and the relative standard deviation is lower than 4.35%. The results showed that the natural tea beverages were rich in trace elements such as K, Ca, Mg and Mn while poor in Fe, Cu and Zn. The contents of K, Mg and Fe in natural tea beverages were higher than other drink such as kele, xuebi and mineral water. Mathematical Statistics analysis showed that the contents of trace elements such as K, Mg, Mn, and Zn in natural tea beverages of different brands were no significant difference. The contents of K, Mg, Mn, and Zn can be used as an important indicator to judge the quality of natural tea beverages.
