以水、不同含量乙醇为溶剂,采用超声、回流方法提取决明子茶中的游离蒽醌,采用醋酸镁-甲醇法,通过紫外分光光度计在511 nm处测定样品吸收,计算蒽醌含量;采用FRAP法研究提取物抗氧化活性。研究发现超声和回流提取均含有一定量的游离蒽醌,采用水回流提取的含量最低为0.0801%,55%醇超声提取的含量最高为0.67%。55%醇提取和55%醇超声的样品铁还原抗氧化力最强,均为2.14 mmol/g;水超声提取样品的铁还原抗氧化力最弱为1.08 mmol/g。

The free anthraquinone of cassia seed tea were extracted with water or different ethanol water solution by ultrasonic or reflux. The free anthraquinone contents were detected with absorption spectrophotometer in 511 nm by using MgAc2-MeOH method. The antioxidant activity of the extracts was measured by using FRAP method.We found the free anthraquinone were detected in all of the extracts. The free anthraquinone content in water extract by reflux was 0.080 1%, which was the lowest content. And that in 55%ethanol water solution extract by ultrasonic was 0.67%, which was the highest content. The ferric reduction antioxidant power of the 55%ethanol water solution extracts was 2.14 mmol/g, which was the highest value. That of the water extract by ultrasonic was 1.08 mmol/g, which was the lowest value.
