江口水电站1，2号机组在2009年大修前存在较严重的导叶漏水现象，对机组的安全经济运行构成威胁，电站在大修前把处理导叶漏水作为一项重要缺陷提出。在检修过程中，对导水机构拆机前的状况进行了仔细检查和测量，为分析漏水原因提供了详细资料。经查阅图纸资料，对导叶漏水原因进行分析，制订了比较合理的处理方案。检修后经试验和运行考验，导叶漏水问题得到治理，机组运行正常。

Jiangkou Hydroelectric Station unit 1 ,2 has a serious leakage before the guide vane overhaul at 2009. There are threats for the units operation in safety. The leakage of guide vane is put forward as a important defect before the guide vane overhaul. Author has a carefully check and measurement for the distributor before the disassemble to provide detailed data for the leakage analysis. Through the drawing and data checking, the reasons of guide vane leakage are analyzed, the reasonable treatment is determined. Guide vane leakage problems are solved after the maintenance, and the units operation is very well.
