构建肿瘤护理专家院校合作培养体系。方法在文献回顾和专家访谈的基础上，拟定专家函询的初问卷，并应用德尔菲(Delphi)法对30名专家进行函询。结果建立一套肿瘤护理专家院校合作培养体系，并确定培养体系的课程设置。结论肿瘤护理专家体系的建立可用于培训机构作为自评的依据、卫生行政部门考核培训效果的工具，有助于加强肿瘤护理专家队伍建设、确保肿瘤护理专家培训的质量，并进而提高肿瘤护理质量。
구건종류호리전가원교합작배양체계。방법재문헌회고화전가방담적기출상，의정전가함순적초문권，병응용덕이비(Delphi)법대30명전가진행함순。결과건립일투종류호리전가원교합작배양체계，병학정배양체계적과정설치。결론종류호리전가체계적건립가용우배훈궤구작위자평적의거、위생행정부문고핵배훈효과적공구，유조우가강종류호리전가대오건설、학보종류호리전가배훈적질량，병진이제고종류호리질량。
Objective To construct institution cooperation system of the cultivation of tumor nursing ex-perts.Methods Based on literature review and expert interview,questionnaire was designed and 30 experts were interview by using Delphi method.Results A set of institution cooperation system of the cultivation of tumor nursing experts was established,and the courses setting for training system were determined. Conclusion The establishment of tumor nursing expert cultivation system can provide training institutions with self assessment tool,and as the evaluation tool for training effect of the health administrative depart-ment.It has significance on strengthen the establishment of oncology experts nursing team,and to ensure the oncology nursing expert training quality,so as to improve the tumor nursing quality.
