    将风险偏好作为自变量，研究其对战略选择的影响，以 MBA 学员为研究对象，通过 ERP 沙盘模拟实验法进行数据收集。数据分析结果显示，高管团队和 CEO 风险偏好与战略选择具有显著相关关系，且 CEO 风险偏好和高管团队风险偏好有显著相关关系。结果进一步显示，高管团队风险偏好各类型与战略选择各类型分别有着显著正相关关系。

    This paper takes risk preference as independent variable and MBA students as the research object,and uses the ERP sand table simulation experiment method for data collection. The data analysis shows that there is significant correla-tion between risk preference and the strategic choice of top management teams and CEO,and there is also correlation be-tween CEO risk preference and top management teams'risk preference. The results further show there is positive correlative between types of top management teams' risk preference and strategic choices they made.
