从智力资本静态的存量模式向动态的流量积累转变是智力资本研究与实践的新思路。然而已有的研究集中于对组织内智力资本存量的测量，进一步的研究需要关注如何增加和积累智力资本，增强组织的竞争力。从智力资本静态研究的批判反思中引入学习范式来研究智力资本的动态性，提出学习范式下的智力资本动态模型及其实现路径，突破智力资本研究领域中以测量为主流的研究范式，使智力资本成为一种由知识流、实践流与影响流形成的动态流，深化智力资本理论研究。

The shift from static stock to dynamic traffic of IC models provides a new vision of research and practices on IC. However,existing research concentrated on the measurement of organization's IC stock. Further studies need to focus on how to increase and accumulate IC,thereby possibly enhancing the competitiveness of the organizations. By rethinking the static research on IC,a new paradigm,i. e. learning paradigm was introduced to research the dynamics of IC,and then a dynamic model of IC based on learning paradigm and its implementation paths were proposed. The model broke through the research paradigm focusing on measurement,made IC to be dynamic flows formed by mew knowledge flows, practice flows and effect flows,and deepened the research of IC theories.
