针对目前常用的温湿度数据采集系统优缺点,本课题提出新型温湿度数据采集器的设计方法,该采集器以51单片机为核心,能提供热电偶、热电阻、I2C及单总线4种传感器接口形式,可同时采集32路温湿度数据,具有很好的兼容性和扩展性。该设备样机在云锡集团的生产车间实际测试后,结果表明:使用该数据采集器和配套软件系统可实现PC机与单片机的通信,并把监测参数和结果实时显示在PC机。经检定测温精度达到±0.1℃,测湿精度±3.0RH,获取了白酒发酵过程的各环节完整温湿度参数曲线,为机械化、标准化生产提供了可靠的控制曲线。

Aiming at the advantages and disadvantages of the temperature and humidity data acquisition system was adapted at present, the design method was proposed for a new type of data acquisition system. It was used 51 single chip microcomputer as the core, and could provide four kinds of sensor interface such as thermocouple, thermal resistance, I2C and single bus. It could acquire 32 channel temperature and humidity data with good compatibility and expansibility. The device prototype was tested on the actual production workshop in Yunnan Tin Group,test results indicated that: By using the collector and the supporting software, this method could realize the communication of PC and single chip microcomputer. The monitoring parameters and results were displayed on PC real-time. The temperature measurement accuracy can reach ±0.5℃, and humidity measurement precision can reach ±3.0RH. The complete temperature and humidity curve obtained for liquor fermentation process. It can provide the reliable control curve for mechanized and standardized production.
