针对水泥养护室试样养护环境要求和特点,提出了一种水泥养护无线温度控制系统。通过采用DS18B20温度传感器与STC12、ATMEG8A8相结合的水泥养护温度监控单元,并运用MCGS组态技术,进行MCGS与MATLAB的数据通信,实现了水泥养护室现场的多个检测点动态参数监控,系统具有控制精度高、实时监控、良好人机对话、组态图形清晰直观的特点,能有效稳定地对水泥试样养护全过程的养护温度进行监控,保证了水泥检验数据的准确性。

in allusion to the requirements and features of sample maintenance environment for cement maintenance room, a cement maintenance wireless temperature control system is proposed. By adopting cement maintenance temperature monitoring unit combining DS18B20 temperature sensor, STC12 and ATMEG8A8, as well as utilizing MCGS configuration technology, data communication between MCGS and MATLAB, dynamic parameter monitoring for multiple inspection points of onsite cement maintenance room is realized. The system has the features of high controlling accuracy, real-time monitoring, good man-machine interaction and clear and visualized configuration figure, and the system can implement effective and stable monitoring of the maintenance temperature for the whole process of cement sample maintenance, ensures the accuracy of cement inspection data.
