对IEC闪变平方检测原理进行了详细介绍,阐述了闪变检测的数字化及自校验方法;同时将Simulink仿真及M文件编程相结合,针对标准中所提供的电压波动调制数据,对短时闪变值Pst采用不同统计方法进行仿真计算及误差比较。进而给出一种计算校正增益K的简便方法,并在0.00833~33.33Hz频率范围内对其进行分段拟合校正,提高了闪变检测精度。

This paper introduced the IEC square demodulation theory to measure flicker in detail and discussed the digitization and self-check method of the flicker measurement. Considering the modulation data of the voltage fluctuation provided in the flicker standard, two different statistical methods were used to do simulation calculation on the short-term flicker severity P st and make error comparison by combining Simulink simulation with M file programming. Then a short cut method was presented to calculate Gain K so that the measuring error could be revised from 0.00833 to 33.33Hz by using the curve-fitting method and thereby the measuring accuracy of the flicker could be improved.
