目的：探讨小儿重症手足口病的综合护理干预的临床效果。方法回顾性分析小儿重症手足口病治疗300例患儿的临床资料，随机将300例手足口危重症患儿随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组150例采用常规对症护理方法，试验组150例实施综合性前瞻性的护理干预方法。比较两组患儿转归、抢救成功率并进行统计学比较。比较两组患儿住院时间，住院费用及患儿家属出院满意度评分、住院期间并发症情况。结果试验组患儿护理干预后体温恢复正常时间、皮疹消退时间、溃疡愈合时间、住院时间、住院费用以及出院满意评分等指标与对照组患儿比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组患儿并发症发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小儿重症手足口病者在正确诊断和治疗同时予以综合性前瞻性的干预措施效果较好，可临床推广。
목적：탐토소인중증수족구병적종합호리간예적림상효과。방법회고성분석소인중증수족구병치료300례환인적림상자료，수궤장300례수족구위중증환인수궤분위대조조화시험조。대조조150례채용상규대증호리방법，시험조150례실시종합성전첨성적호리간예방법。비교량조환인전귀、창구성공솔병진행통계학비교。비교량조환인주원시간，주원비용급환인가속출원만의도평분、주원기간병발증정황。결과시험조환인호리간예후체온회복정상시간、피진소퇴시간、궤양유합시간、주원시간、주원비용이급출원만의평분등지표여대조조환인비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)；량조환인병발증발생정황비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론소인중증수족구병자재정학진단화치료동시여이종합성전첨성적간예조시효과교호，가림상추엄。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for children with severe hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods Analyzed clinical data of 300 children with severe hand-foot-mouth disease and randomly divide them into two groups, 300 cases in each group, control group received routine nursing, experimental group received comprehensive prospective nursing intervention methods, the success rate of rescue, outcome comparison of two groups were compared. Compared two groups of patients hospitalization time, hospitalization expenses and families of patients satisfaction score, complications during hospitalization. Results In experimental group, nursing intervention after the temperature returned to normal time, rash subsided, ulcer healing time, hospitalization time, cost of hospitalization, and discharge satisfaction score index and patients in the control group had significant difference(P<0.05); two groups of children with complications were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive prospective intervention has a good effect in Children with severe hand-foot-mouth disease, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
