目的：分析在手外科皮肤损伤患者中应用封闭式负压引流术(VSD)的效果及其护理措施，为其临床研究提供有效的依据。方法选取手外科接受治疗的78例皮肤损伤患者，所有患者均采用封闭式负压引流术治疗。将其分为对照组和观察组，每组39例。对照组采用传统护理方案，观察组在常规护理的基础上加强全面综合护理，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者的护理满意度为92.3%明显高于对照组的76.9%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对手外科皮肤损伤行封闭式负压引流治疗的患者行全面综合护理，可有效改善患者症状，提高护理满意度，值得临床重视。
목적：분석재수외과피부손상환자중응용봉폐식부압인류술(VSD)적효과급기호리조시，위기림상연구제공유효적의거。방법선취수외과접수치료적78례피부손상환자，소유환자균채용봉폐식부압인류술치료。장기분위대조조화관찰조，매조39례。대조조채용전통호리방안，관찰조재상규호리적기출상가강전면종합호리，비교량조환자적호리효과。결과관찰조환자적호리만의도위92.3%명현고우대조조적76.9%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론대수외과피부손상행봉폐식부압인류치료적환자행전면종합호리，가유효개선환자증상，제고호리만의도，치득림상중시。
Objective To analyze effect of closed negative pressure drainage in hand surgery patients with skin damage and nursing measures in patients to provide effective basis for clinical study. Methods Divided 78 hand surgery patients with skin damage into two groups, all treated by closed negative pressure drainage, 39 cases in each group, control group was used the traditional clinical nursing, treatment group was strengthed the comprehensive nursing on the basis of traditional nursing, and compared the nursing effect of two groups. Results The treatment group nursing satisfaction(92.3%) was significantly higher than control group (76.9%, P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for skin injury patients treated by closed negative pressure therapy can effectively improve symptoms and nursing satisfaction, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
