目的：探讨奥美拉唑(洛赛克)联合蛇毒血凝酶治疗消化道溃疡大出血的临床效果。方法152例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组采用蛇血凝酶进行治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上采用奥美拉唑进行治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效及愈合情况。结果治疗后，治疗组的总有效率为96.05%、愈合情况总有效率为90.79%明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥美拉唑联合蛇毒凝酶治疗消化道大出血具有较好的临床效果，值得在临床上推广使用。
목적：탐토오미랍서(락새극)연합사독혈응매치료소화도궤양대출혈적림상효과。방법152례환자수궤분위대조조화치료조，대조조채용사혈응매진행치료，치료조재대조조적기출상채용오미랍서진행치료，비교량조환자적림상료효급유합정황。결과치료후，치료조적총유효솔위96.05%、유합정황총유효솔위90.79%명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론오미랍서연합사독응매치료소화도대출혈구유교호적림상효과，치득재림상상추엄사용。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of losec and hemocoagulase in the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding. Methods Divided 152 cases of peptic ulcer bleeding into control group and treatment group, control group was treated with hemocoagulase, treatment group were treated with losec on the basis of control group, clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results Total effective rate of treatment group was 96.05%, healing rate was 90.79%, which was significantly higher than control group, differences had statistical significance. Conclusion Losec and hemocoagulase has a better clinical effect in the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
