目的：探讨28例中药注射剂产生不良反应的原因，以指导临床上中药注射剂的合理使用。方法2012年上报的中药注射剂不良反应的资料进行总结、整理、归纳和分析。结果28例患者中，新的一般不良反应13例，一般的不良反应15例；治愈21例，好转7例。结论临床中应规范中药注射剂的使用，建立完整的不良反应监测体系，并加强中药注射剂的质量控制，不断提高中药注射剂临床用药的安全性。
목적：탐토28례중약주사제산생불량반응적원인，이지도림상상중약주사제적합리사용。방법2012년상보적중약주사제불량반응적자료진행총결、정리、귀납화분석。결과28례환자중，신적일반불량반응13례，일반적불량반응15례；치유21례，호전7례。결론림상중응규범중약주사제적사용，건립완정적불량반응감측체계，병가강중약주사제적질량공제，불단제고중약주사제림상용약적안전성。
Objective To analyze reason of 28 cases of adverse reaction with traditional Chinese medicine injections. Methods Organized, summarized and analyzed clinical data of adverse reaction with traditional Chinese medicine injection in 2012. Results Out of 28 cases of patients, 13 cases of new adverse reaction, 15 cases of general adverse reaction;21 cases were cured, 7 cases were improved. Conclusion The use of TCM injections should be regulated in clinical, establishing a complete monitoring system for adverse reactions and strengthening the quality control of TCM injection to continuously improve the safety of TCM injections in clinical.
