为了提高巨型模锻液压机同步控制系统的快速响应性,在300 MN 模锻液压机的基础上,针对800 MN 模锻液压机的特点重新设计了同步控制系统,并基于液压基础理论和动力学理论,联合建立了活动横梁运行时同步控制系统的整体数学模型。将原方案和现有方案进行了对比仿真,结果表明:新设计的800 MN 同步控制系统的响应特性较原方案的响应特性有较大幅度的改善,响应速度和动静态精度均有较大提高。
為瞭提高巨型模鍛液壓機同步控製繫統的快速響應性,在300 MN 模鍛液壓機的基礎上,針對800 MN 模鍛液壓機的特點重新設計瞭同步控製繫統,併基于液壓基礎理論和動力學理論,聯閤建立瞭活動橫樑運行時同步控製繫統的整體數學模型。將原方案和現有方案進行瞭對比倣真,結果錶明:新設計的800 MN 同步控製繫統的響應特性較原方案的響應特性有較大幅度的改善,響應速度和動靜態精度均有較大提高。

In order to improve the rapid response of a giant die forging hydraulic press synchronous control system,based on 300 MN die forging hydraulic press,the synchronous control system was re-designed according to the characteristics of 800 MN die forging hydraulic press,and based on hydraulic theory and dynamics theory,a model of the synchronization control system was jointly established when moving beam run.On the basis of that,two kind of schemes were compared through simula-tions,the simulation results show that the new design of 800 MN synchronous control system response characteristics is substantially improved,the response speed and dynamic and static precision are of a large improvement.
