目的：空心加压螺钉与动力髋螺钉内固定加旋髂肾血管蒂髂骨瓣治疗中青年股骨颈骨折的临床效果对比分析。方法：选取2010年5月至2014年1月我院收治的58例中青年股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象。随机分为两组，A组运用空心加压螺钉治疗，B组运用动力髋螺钉治疗。术后观察A、B两组术后股骨颈骨折愈合情况及股骨头供血情况，并在2个月、4个月、12个月检查得出数据，分析出两种螺钉的临床效果差异。结果：在2个月、4个月、12个月的检查中发现，两种螺钉均有效于股骨颈骨折的愈合，但是B组出现多例股骨头供血不良的情况，骨折处较A组愈合较慢，且A组股骨头供血情况良好，P＜0.05，具有统计学意义；12个月后检查结果显示，A组的病患股骨转子旋转能力强于B组，且B组出现股骨头坏死的病例，P＜0.05，具有统计学意义。结论：空心加压螺钉内固定加旋髂深血管蒂髂骨瓣治疗中青年股骨颈骨折的临床效果要比髋螺钉的临床效果要好。
목적：공심가압라정여동력관라정내고정가선가신혈관체가골판치료중청년고골경골절적림상효과대비분석。방법：선취2010년5월지2014년1월아원수치적58례중청년고골경골절환자작위연구대상。수궤분위량조，A조운용공심가압라정치료，B조운용동력관라정치료。술후관찰A、B량조술후고골경골절유합정황급고골두공혈정황，병재2개월、4개월、12개월검사득출수거，분석출량충라정적림상효과차이。결과：재2개월、4개월、12개월적검사중발현，량충라정균유효우고골경골절적유합，단시B조출현다례고골두공혈불량적정황，골절처교A조유합교만，차A조고골두공혈정황량호，P＜0.05，구유통계학의의；12개월후검사결과현시，A조적병환고골전자선전능력강우B조，차B조출현고골두배사적병례，P＜0.05，구유통계학의의。결론：공심가압라정내고정가선가심혈관체가골판치료중청년고골경골절적림상효과요비관라정적림상효과요호。
Objective The hol ow compression screws with dynamic hip screw fixation and spin iliac renal vascular pedicle iliac flap for treatment of femoral neck fracture of middle-aged and young. Methods: In May 2010 to our hospital in January 2014, 58 cases of young and middle-aged patients with femoral neck fracture as the research object. Were randomly divided into two groups: group A with hol ow compression screw treatment, B group was treated with dynamic hip screw. Postoperative observation of A and B two groups of postoperative femoral neck fracture healing and femoral head blood supply situation, and in 2 months, 4 months, 12 months check data, analyze the clinical effect of two kinds of screw. Results :In 2 months, 4 months and 12 months of inspection found that the two screws are effective in the femoral neck fracture healing, but in many cases of femoral head blood group B, fracture healing group A slower, and femoral head blood group A in good condition, P <0.05, statistical y significant; 12 months after the inspection, according to the results of A group of patients and the femur rotor rotating ability is better than group B, and group B in cases of femoral head necrosis, P<0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion : The hol ow compression screw internal fixation and spin iliac deep vascular pedicle iliac flap for treatment of femoral neck fracture of middle-aged and young is better than the clinical effect of hip screw.
