目的：调查分析围手术期病人抗菌药物使用情况。方法对240份手术出院患者病历进行调查，按Ⅰ、Ⅱ类切口对抗菌药物的使用品种、使用率、用药时机、预防用药、联合用药等是否合理进行统计分析评价。结果Ⅰ类切口抗生素使用率为32.47%，Ⅱ类切口抗生素使用率为98.37%，手术时间>3h的，有19例未追加抗生素，有13例未在术前2～0.5h使用抗生素，19例预防用药选择不合理，6例联合用药不合理。结论应加强用药监管力度，预防、控制围手术期不合理抗菌药物使用现象。
목적：조사분석위수술기병인항균약물사용정황。방법대240빈수술출원환자병력진행조사，안Ⅰ、Ⅱ류절구대항균약물적사용품충、사용솔、용약시궤、예방용약、연합용약등시부합리진행통계분석평개。결과Ⅰ류절구항생소사용솔위32.47%，Ⅱ류절구항생소사용솔위98.37%，수술시간>3h적，유19례미추가항생소，유13례미재술전2～0.5h사용항생소，19례예방용약선택불합리，6례연합용약불합리。결론응가강용약감관력도，예방、공제위수술기불합리항균약물사용현상。
Objective:Investigation and analysis of the use of antibacterial agents in perioperative patients.Methods:To survey 240 hospital surgery patients medical records,according to Ⅰ,Ⅱ incision to varieties,usage,the use of antimicrobial drugs administration time,prophylaxis,and carried out a statistical analysis on the combination of reasonable evaluation.Results:The utilization rates of prophylactic antibacterials drugs were 32.47%in surgical patients undergoing typeⅠincision operation and were 98.37%in surgical patients undergoing typeⅡincision operation.Antibacterials were not re-administrated in 19 cases who were more than 3 hours operation time and antibacterials were not administrated before 0.5-2 hours operation.Prophylactic antibacterials drugs of 19cases and drug combination of 6 cases were both irrational.Conclusion:Drug supervision should be strengthened to prevent and control of perioperative antimicrobial drug use unreasonable phenomenon.
