目的:探讨手术室护理人员层级培训的管理和对策,以提高我院手术室护理人员的工作能力,从而提升手术工作的质量和安全程度。方法:自2009年3月起,对我院手术室护理人员进行层级培训,对比培训前后护理人员的考核成绩与工作满意度。结果:经过培训后,护理人员的理论和技能考核成绩均显著高于培训前,培训后考核合格率显著高于考核前,比较差异显著;术者和带教老师对护理人员业务满意度显著高于培训前,对比差异显著。结论:对手术的护理人员进行系统的层级培训,并制定实施有效的管理机制和对策,能够有效提高护理人员的业务能力和手术室护理安全和质量。

Objective: To investigate the level of operating room nurses trained management and countermeasures to improve the ability of our hospital operating room nurses, so as to enhance the quality and safety of surgical work. Methods:SinceMarch 2009,our hospitaloperating roomnursing staff-leveltraining,training ofnursesbefore and after comparisontest resultsand job satisfaction.Results: After training, theory and nursing skil s assessment scores were significantly higher than before training, after training examination pass rate was significantly higher than the previous assessment, the difference was significant; was significantly higher with a teacher and surgeon satisfaction with nursing services prior to training, compared to a significant difference.Conclusion: The nursing staff of the surgical system-level training, and to develop and implement effective management mechanism measures can effectively improve the operational capacity of the safety and quality of care and operating room nurses.
