目的：分析CCL7与IL-6、TGF-β1的关系及相互作用，探讨CCL7在慢性乙型肝炎（ CHB）、肝纤维化发生发展中的作用及其机制。方法选择慢性乙型肝炎患者48例，其中轻度、中度和重度分别为18、24和6例，另选40例健康体检者作为对照组。取研究对象血清，用酶联免疫吸附法（ ELISA）检测IL-6、TGF-β1、CCL7血清水平。结果相关分析发现CHB患者血清CCL7与IL-6、TGF-β1水平呈正相关（ r值分别为0 J．335、0．322、0．288， P ＜0．05）。慢性乙型肝炎患者血清IL-6、TGF-β1、CCL7水平显著高于对照组（ P ＜0．01）。结论 CCL7血清水平随肝脏炎症和纤维化的发生与进展呈进行性增高，可作为评估肝脏炎症及纤维化程度的重要指标之一。
목적：분석CCL7여IL-6、TGF-β1적관계급상호작용，탐토CCL7재만성을형간염（ CHB）、간섬유화발생발전중적작용급기궤제。방법선택만성을형간염환자48례，기중경도、중도화중도분별위18、24화6례，령선40례건강체검자작위대조조。취연구대상혈청，용매련면역흡부법（ ELISA）검측IL-6、TGF-β1、CCL7혈청수평。결과상관분석발현CHB환자혈청CCL7여IL-6、TGF-β1수평정정상관（ r치분별위0 J．335、0．322、0．288， P ＜0．05）。만성을형간염환자혈청IL-6、TGF-β1、CCL7수평현저고우대조조（ P ＜0．01）。결론 CCL7혈청수평수간장염증화섬유화적발생여진전정진행성증고，가작위평고간장염증급섬유화정도적중요지표지일。
Objective To investigate the effect of expression of CCL 7,IL-6,TGF-βon progress of liver inflammation/fibrosis and their correlation in patients with chronic hepatitis B ( CHB ) .Methods Forty eight patients with CHB were enrolled as CHB group,including 18 cases of mild degree,24 cases of moderate degree and 6 cases of severe degree.Forty healthy subjects were enrolled as control group .The serum levels of CCL7,IL-6,TGF-β1 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results The serum levels of CCL7 in investigation group were positively correlated to those of IL-6 and TGF-β1 ( r =0.335,0.322,0.288,respectively, P <0.05).There were no significant differences in serum levels of IL-6,TGF-β1,CCL7 between mild CHB group and control group ( P >0.05),however,there were significant differences in serum levels of IL-6,TGF-β1,CCL7 between moderate CHB group,severe CHB group and control group ( P <0.05),so were between severe CHB group and moderate CHB group ( P <0.01).Conclusion The serum levels of CCL7 are progressively increased with the occurrence and development of liver inflammation and fibrosis ,which can be regarded as one of important indexes for evaluating the severity of liver inflammation and fibrosis .
