目的:观察糖尿病性白内障( diabetic cataract ,DC)患者血清和房水中维生素C( VitC)、谷胱甘肽( GSH)和丙二醛( MDA)含量的变化,探讨高血糖的氧化应激与DC发生发展的关系。方法收集糖尿病性白内障患者38例(DC组),血糖正常的年龄相关性白内障(age-related cataract,ARC)患者43例(ARC组)和非糖尿病非白内障眼科患者37例(对照组),分别测定血清和房水中VitC、GSH和MDA的含量。结果与对照组相比,DC组和ARC组血清中VitC和GSH含量均显著下降( P <04.05),MDA含量均显著增高( P <0.05)。 DC组房水、血清中VitC和GSH含量较ARC组对应指标均明显降低( P <0.05),而DC组房水中MDA含量较ARC组增高了17.71%,但差异无统计学意义( P >0.05)。结论糖尿病患者高血糖的氧化应激状态,改变了房水的抗氧化系统,可能影响房水和晶状体的代谢,从而加速了糖尿病性白内障的发生发展。

목적:관찰당뇨병성백내장( diabetic cataract ,DC)환자혈청화방수중유생소C( VitC)、곡광감태( GSH)화병이철( MDA)함량적변화,탐토고혈당적양화응격여DC발생발전적관계。방법수집당뇨병성백내장환자38례(DC조),혈당정상적년령상관성백내장(age-related cataract,ARC)환자43례(ARC조)화비당뇨병비백내장안과환자37례(대조조),분별측정혈청화방수중VitC、GSH화MDA적함량。결과여대조조상비,DC조화ARC조혈청중VitC화GSH함량균현저하강( P <04.05),MDA함량균현저증고( P <0.05)。 DC조방수、혈청중VitC화GSH함량교ARC조대응지표균명현강저( P <0.05),이DC조방수중MDA함량교ARC조증고료17.71%,단차이무통계학의의( P >0.05)。결론당뇨병환자고혈당적양화응격상태,개변료방수적항양화계통,가능영향방수화정상체적대사,종이가속료당뇨병성백내장적발생발전。
Objective To observe the changes of contents of vitamin C ,GSH and MDA in serum and aqueous humor of patients with diabetic cataract ( DC ) , and to explore the relationship between hyperglycosemia with oxidative stress and pathogenesis ,development of diabetic cataract .Methods Thirty-eight cases of diabetic cataract ( DC group ) and 43 cases of age-related cataract without diabetes ( ARC group) and 37 cases of clear lens without diabetes ( control group ) were enrolled in the study.The levels of vitamin C ,GSH and MDA in serum and aqueous humor were detected and compared among three groups.Results As compared with those in control group ,the contents of vitamin C and GSH in serum of DC group and ARC group were significantly decreased ( P <0.05),however,the contents of MDA were obviously increased ( P <0.05).The contents of vitamin C and GSH in serum and aqueous humor of DC group were significantly decreased ,as compared with those in ARC group ( P <0.05).The MDA contents in aqueous humor of DC group were significantly increased by 17.71%,as compared with those in ARC group,but there were no significant differences between two groups ( P >0.05).Conclusion The oxidative stress condition of hyperglycosemia in patients with diabetes mellitus changes the anti -oxidant system of aqueous humor,which may affect metabolism of aqueous humor and crystalline lens ,as a result,accelerate the pathogenesis and development of DC .
