目的:应用血糖仪快速测定黑豆、黄豆、红豆、绿豆中的葡萄糖含量。方法:豆子加水匀浆后,离心收集上清液,用血糖仪测定4种豆类中的葡萄糖含量。结果:红豆葡萄糖含量为(6.02±0.19)mg/g、绿豆葡萄糖含量为(3.56±0.22)mg/g,黑豆葡萄糖含量为(2.11±0.12)mg/g、黄豆葡萄糖含量为(1.34±0.07)mg/g。结论:血糖仪法可快速简便测定豆类中的葡萄糖含量,4种豆中葡萄糖含量差异显著,从大到小依次为红豆>绿豆>黑豆>黄豆。

목적:응용혈당의쾌속측정흑두、황두、홍두、록두중적포도당함량。방법:두자가수균장후,리심수집상청액,용혈당의측정4충두류중적포도당함량。결과:홍두포도당함량위(6.02±0.19)mg/g、록두포도당함량위(3.56±0.22)mg/g,흑두포도당함량위(2.11±0.12)mg/g、황두포도당함량위(1.34±0.07)mg/g。결론:혈당의법가쾌속간편측정두류중적포도당함량,4충두중포도당함량차이현저,종대도소의차위홍두>록두>흑두>황두。
Use blood glucose meter to determine glucose contents in black bean,soybean,red bean and mung bean rapidly.Method:Homogenate the beans and water,the supernatants were collected after cen-trifugation,use blood glucose meter to determine glucose contents.Results:Glucose contents were(6.02±0.19) mg/g(red bean),(3.56±0.22)mg/g(mung bean),(2.11±0.12)mg/g(black bean),(1.34±0.07)mg/g(soybean).Con-clusion:Blood glucose meter method could be used to determine glucose contents in beans,glucose contents in beans were significantly different,the contents were as follows:red bean>mung bean>black bea>soybean.
