研究将壳聚糖分别按照0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%的用量加入18.6%拌·福·乙悬浮种衣剂中,测定其成膜时间、包衣均匀度、包衣脱落率、包衣覆盖率、种子表面药剂浸水脱落率等理化指标,通过田间药效试验,探索壳聚糖悬浮种衣剂混配药剂拌种,达到延长药效的最佳途径。结果表明:通过对悬浮种衣剂的理化指标的测试分析,壳聚糖能明显的改善指标性质,成膜时间和包衣脱落率均高于现用悬浮种衣剂,提高药剂在种子表面附着率。研究结论:壳聚糖通过改变悬浮种衣剂理化性能来影响有效成分释放,在成膜时间和剂量的释放上得到了明显的控制,使原药的功效得到明显的提高,悬浮种衣剂的持效期延长,减少农药的使用剂量,保护环境。

연구장각취당분별안조0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%적용량가입18.6%반·복·을현부충의제중,측정기성막시간、포의균균도、포의탈락솔、포의복개솔、충자표면약제침수탈락솔등이화지표,통과전간약효시험,탐색각취당현부충의제혼배약제반충,체도연장약효적최가도경。결과표명:통과대현부충의제적이화지표적측시분석,각취당능명현적개선지표성질,성막시간화포의탈락솔균고우현용현부충의제,제고약제재충자표면부착솔。연구결론:각취당통과개변현부충의제이화성능래영향유효성분석방,재성막시간화제량적석방상득도료명현적공제,사원약적공효득도명현적제고,현부충의제적지효기연장,감소농약적사용제량,보호배경。
Chitosan was respectively 0.5%,1%,1.5%,in accordance with the dosage of 2.0%,adding 18.6%amicarthiazol,thiram and acephate suspension seed coating agent,determination of its film forming time,coat-ing uniformity,coating,coating shedding rate of coverage,seed surface chemical immersion abscission rate and other physical and chemical indicators,through field experiment,to explore the chitosan seed coating agent mixed with fungicides,the best way to prolong the efficacy.The results show that:the physicochemical index of seed coating agent of test and analysis,chitosan can significantly improve the index properties, film forming time and coating shedding rate is higher than the seed coating agent,improving the medica-ment in the seed surface adhesion rate.Physical and chemical index changes to improve crop resistance ,ef-fective components of obvious synergized action.Research shows that:the effect of chitosan seed coating agent active ingredient release,has been significantly control in time and dose,the technical effect is im-proved obviously,the duration of suspension seed coating increases,reducing the dose of pesticide,Protect environment.
