目的:研究永久性心脏起搏器植入患者手术前后血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)动态变化及其临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验测定60例永久性心脏起搏器植入患者术前,术后第1、3、7天血清中CRP含量,分析不同植入类型起搏器与CRP的关系。结果本组60例,男34例,女26例,平均年龄(51.8±5.3)岁,分别植入单腔和双腔起搏器各30例。与术前比较,所有患者术后CRP含量均显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后第1天显著升高,术后第3天达到高峰,术后第7天仍升高,与第1天相似。亚组分析:植入单腔和双腔起搏器患者年龄,男女比例,高血压、冠心病及糖尿病患者数均相当,两组术前、术后血清CRP含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),单腔起搏器植入者术后较双腔起搏器植入者轻微升高。结论心脏起搏器植入术可使患者血清CRP含量显著升高并持续至少1周,手术创伤可诱发或加重炎症。

목적:연구영구성심장기박기식입환자수술전후혈청C-반응단백(CRP)동태변화급기림상의의。방법채용매련면역흡부시험측정60례영구성심장기박기식입환자술전,술후제1、3、7천혈청중CRP함량,분석불동식입류형기박기여CRP적관계。결과본조60례,남34례,녀26례,평균년령(51.8±5.3)세,분별식입단강화쌍강기박기각30례。여술전비교,소유환자술후CRP함량균현저승고,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),술후제1천현저승고,술후제3천체도고봉,술후제7천잉승고,여제1천상사。아조분석:식입단강화쌍강기박기환자년령,남녀비례,고혈압、관심병급당뇨병환자수균상당,량조술전、술후혈청CRP함량차이무통계학의의(P>0.05),단강기박기식입자술후교쌍강기박기식입자경미승고。결론심장기박기식입술가사환자혈청CRP함량현저승고병지속지소1주,수술창상가유발혹가중염증。
Objective To study the dynamic changes and clinical significance of serum C-reactive protein (CRP) before and after permanent pacemaker implantation .Methods Serum CRP level in 60 patients ,including 34 males and 26 females ,and with average age of (51 .8 ± 5 .3)years ,was assayed using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay before ,and the 1st ,3rd and 7th day after permanent pacemaker implantation .Relationship between types of pacemaker and CRP level was analyzed .Results Among all patients ,there were single-chamber pacemaker implanta-tion and double-chamber pacemaker implantation for 30 cases respectively .After operation ,CRP levels in all patients were increased gradually since the 1st day after surgery ,and reached to peak value at the 3rd day (P<0 .05) .Differ-ences of basic clinical data between patients receiving single-chamber or double-chamber pacemaker implantation were not significant ,including CRP levels before and after operation (P>0 .05) .Conclusion CRP level in patients could be increased after pacemaker implantation and maintain for at high level for at least 1 week .
