目的:研究并分析光学导航技术在口腔颌面深部间隙异物取出术中的应用优势。方法:选择我院于2009年10月至2012年10月收治的80例口腔颌面部外伤后留置异物的患者为研究对象,平均分为观察组与对照组,观察组采用光学导航技术进行口腔颌面深部间隙异物取出术,对照组使用常规手术方式,针对80例患者的手术疗效与创伤发生情况进行详细记录与分析。结果:观察组40例患者在STN导航系统的辅助之下,异物均得以成功定位并取出,而对照组40例患者,只有32例患者成功取出,观察组手术质量显著优于对照组,上述数据组间比较差异显著(p<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:光学导航技术是外科领域的高新技术,将其应用在在口腔颌面深部间隙异物取出术中能够提升手术的安全性、精准性,也能够缩短手术之间,减少手术对患者造成的创伤,该种技术是值得在临床中进行推广和使用的。

Objective: To study and analyze the optical navigation technology in oral and maxil ofacial surgery removal of foreign body deep gap in the application advantages. Methods: 80 cases of oral and maxil ofacial trauma hospital in October 2009 to October 2012 treated patients after indwel ing foreign bodies for the study, were divided into observation group and control group, the observation group oral optical navigation technology maxil ofacial surgery removal of foreign body in deep space, the control group using conventional surgical methods, detailed recording and analysis of 80 cases of surgical treatment of patients with traumatic occurrence. Results: The 40 patients under STN assisted navigation system, foreign bodies are able to successful y locate and remove the control group of 40 patients, only 32 patients were successful y removed, the observation group was significantly better than the quality of surgery control group, these data significant difference between groups (p <0.05), the difference was statistical y significant.Conclusion: The high-tech optical navigation technology is the field of surgery, which was used in the deep gap in oral and maxil ofacial surgery removal of foreign body can enhance the safety of operation, precision, can be shortened between surgery, reducing surgical trauma caused to the patient this kind of technology is worthy of promotion and use in the clinic.
