目的：探讨不同方法治疗功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法分析在我院治疗的70例功能失调性子宫出血患者的临床资料，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组各35例，对照组给与西药妈富隆治疗，实验组同时服用妈富隆和中药妇康片联合治疗，记录、分析治疗效果。结果采用中西医结合治疗的总有效率高达94.2%，高于单纯西医治疗的85.7%，同时卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素、雌二醇指标水平的改善程度也较好，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论采用中西医结合治疗功能失调性子宫出血起效快，效果好，在临床中有推广价值。

목적：탐토불동방법치료공능실조성자궁출혈적림상료효。방법분석재아원치료적70례공능실조성자궁출혈환자적림상자료，수궤분위대조조화실험조，매조각35례，대조조급여서약마부륭치료，실험조동시복용마부륭화중약부강편연합치료，기록、분석치료효과。결과채용중서의결합치료적총유효솔고체94.2%，고우단순서의치료적85.7%，동시란포자격소、황체생성소、자이순지표수평적개선정도야교호，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론채용중서의결합치료공능실조성자궁출혈기효쾌，효과호，재림상중유추엄개치。
objective:Discuss different approaches to the clinical efficacy of treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods analysis the clinical data of 70 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding ,randomly divided into control group and experimental group,each group of 35 cases,the control group gives the western medicine treatment of Marvelon,the experimental group while taking Marvelon and norethisterone tablets to combination therapy,to record,analyze the treatment effect.Results by combining traditional chinese and western medicine treatment the total effective rate is as high as 94.2%, higher than that of pure western medicine treatment of 85.7%,at the same time there is a better improvement of the follicle-stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone and the estradiol index level,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion By combining traditional chinese and western medicine to treat dysfunctional uterine bleeding can work fast,the effect is good,it is worthy to spread in clinical.
