目的：探讨左侧大肠癌并急性肠梗阻Ⅰ期切除吻合术的安全性与可行性。方法回顾性分析2010年3月至2013年5月我院38例左侧大肠癌并急性肠梗阻患者行Ⅰ期切除吻合术的临床资料，小结其临床效果。结果术后所有患者均治愈，无切口感染，无吻合口漏及腹腔感染等并发症。结论Ⅰ期切除吻合术治疗左侧大肠癌并急性肠梗阻是可行而安全的手术方式，疗效满意。

목적：탐토좌측대장암병급성장경조Ⅰ기절제문합술적안전성여가행성。방법회고성분석2010년3월지2013년5월아원38례좌측대장암병급성장경조환자행Ⅰ기절제문합술적림상자료，소결기림상효과。결과술후소유환자균치유，무절구감염，무문합구루급복강감염등병발증。결론Ⅰ기절제문합술치료좌측대장암병급성장경조시가행이안전적수술방식，료효만의。
Objective to explore the safety and feasibility of one-stage resection- anastomosis operation intreatment of left colonic cancer with acute intestinal obstruction. Methods data of 38 patients with left coloniccancer combining with acute intestinal obstruction treated by one- stage resection- anastomosis operation in ourhospital from January 2010 to december 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results all the patients werecured completely. there was no wound infection, anastomotic leakage or abdominal cavity infection in them afteroperations. Conclusion the one-stage resection- anastomosis operation in treatment of left colonic cancer withacute intestinal obstruction is safe and effective.
