目的：探讨降钙素原( Pct)、白细胞介素6( il-6)、c 反应蛋白( crP)和白细胞计数（WBc）在新生儿感染性疾病早期诊断中的应用。方法对正常对照组36例、感染性疾病新生儿童60例，采用化学发光法测定血清中 Pct 与il-6，用免疫比浊法测定血清中 crP 水平。结果 Pct、crP、il-6及 WBc 检测结果显示：重症组及轻症组与对照组比较均有显著性差异，各项指标检测结果高于对照组( P <0.05)；重症组与轻症组比较，四项检测结果较高，差异亦具有统计学意义( P <0.05)；治疗之后重症组与轻症组跟对照组比较，各检测指标值无统计学差异( P >0.05)。结论Pct、il-6、crP 及 WBc 动态检测对新生儿感染性疾病早期诊断及疗效判定具有一定价值。
목적：탐토강개소원( Pct)、백세포개소6( il-6)、c 반응단백( crP)화백세포계수（WBc）재신생인감염성질병조기진단중적응용。방법대정상대조조36례、감염성질병신생인동60례，채용화학발광법측정혈청중 Pct 여il-6，용면역비탁법측정혈청중 crP 수평。결과 Pct、crP、il-6급 WBc 검측결과현시：중증조급경증조여대조조비교균유현저성차이，각항지표검측결과고우대조조( P <0.05)；중증조여경증조비교，사항검측결과교고，차이역구유통계학의의( P <0.05)；치료지후중증조여경증조근대조조비교，각검측지표치무통계학차이( P >0.05)。결론Pct、il-6、crP 급 WBc 동태검측대신생인감염성질병조기진단급료효판정구유일정개치。
Objective to explore the value of procalcitonin ( Pct) ,interleukin-6 ( il-6) c-reactive protein( crP) and white blood cell count(WBc) in early diagnosis of neonatal infectious diseases. Methods the control group included 26 healthy objects,and the in-fectious group included 60 cases of neonatal infectious diseases.the levels of serum Pct and il-6 were detected by chemilumines-cencem,and the level of serum crP was detected by immune turbidimetry.Results there were sisgnificant differences ( P <0.05) in testing PCT、crP、il-6 and WBc between control group and severe group and mild group, the results were higher ; The difference was also statistically significant (P <0.05) between severe group and mild group; after treatment severe group and mild group compared to the control group, there were no significant difference (P > 0.05). Conclusion the dynamic detection of Pct,il-6 、crP and WBc has certain value in early diagnosis and curative effect assessment of neonatal infectious diseases.
