Cisatracurium besylate%Quantitative pharmaco-EEG%Power spectral-analysis
目的:观察顺苯磺酸阿曲库铵对兔定量药物脑电图(QPEEG)α1、α2频段的影响。方法:采用QPEEG功率谱分析法,分析兔耳缘静脉注射顺苯磺酸阿曲库铵0.3 mg/kg前后α1、α2频段功率百分比的变化。结果:与给药前比较,各脑区α1频段功率百分比在给药后各时间点(除右额在5 min、40 min稍降低)均增加,且左额、右顶、右枕及颞区在个别时间点的比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与给药前比较,各脑区α2频段功率百分比在给药后各时间点(除左顶在5 min,左枕在10 min稍降低)均增加,且额、顶及左颞区在各时间点的比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:顺苯磺酸阿曲库铵能够增加兔QPEEGα1、α2频段功率百分比。

목적:관찰순분광산아곡고안대토정량약물뇌전도(QPEEG)α1、α2빈단적영향。방법:채용QPEEG공솔보분석법,분석토이연정맥주사순분광산아곡고안0.3 mg/kg전후α1、α2빈단공솔백분비적변화。결과:여급약전비교,각뇌구α1빈단공솔백분비재급약후각시간점(제우액재5 min、40 min초강저)균증가,차좌액、우정、우침급섭구재개별시간점적비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05혹P<0.01)。여급약전비교,각뇌구α2빈단공솔백분비재급약후각시간점(제좌정재5 min,좌침재10 min초강저)균증가,차액、정급좌섭구재각시간점적비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05혹P<0.01)。결론:순분광산아곡고안능구증가토QPEEGα1、α2빈단공솔백분비。
To investigate the effects of cisatracurium besylate on α1-band and α2-band of quantitative pharmaco-electroencephalography(QPEEG)in rabbits.Method:The changes of power percentage ofα1-band andα2-band of QPEEG were analyzed by power spectral analysis technique in rabbits before and after intravenously injected with 0.3 mg/kg cisatracurium besylate.Result:Compared with the baseline,the power percentage ofα1-band of each brain region was increased at each time point except 5 min and 40 min in the right frontal after drug infusions,and the left frontal,right parietal,right occipital and temporal areas in the individual time points,the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05 or P<0.01).In contrast to the baseline,the power percentage ofα2-band of each brain region were also increased at each time point except 5 min in the left parietal and 10 min in the left occipital after drug infusions,the frontal,parietal and left temporal areas in the individual time points,the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Cisatracurium besylate can increase the power percentage ofα1-band andα2-band of QPEEG in rabbits.
