目的探讨喉鳞状细胞癌肿瘤微环境对人树突状细胞发育的影响,为DC疫苗在喉癌中的治疗提供新思路。方法通过提取喉癌组织匀浆上清液体外模拟肿瘤微环境,提取诱导和培养人树突状细胞细胞,并采用检测人树突状细胞表型与CD1a表达。结果喉癌匀浆上清组DC细胞突起较癌旁匀浆上清组少,诱导后DC细胞CD11c、CD86、CD1a均明显下降。结论喉鳞状细胞癌肿瘤微环境可能对DC细胞分化、发育具有重要影响。
目的探討喉鱗狀細胞癌腫瘤微環境對人樹突狀細胞髮育的影響,為DC疫苗在喉癌中的治療提供新思路。方法通過提取喉癌組織勻漿上清液體外模擬腫瘤微環境,提取誘導和培養人樹突狀細胞細胞,併採用檢測人樹突狀細胞錶型與CD1a錶達。結果喉癌勻漿上清組DC細胞突起較癌徬勻漿上清組少,誘導後DC細胞CD11c、CD86、CD1a均明顯下降。結論喉鱗狀細胞癌腫瘤微環境可能對DC細胞分化、髮育具有重要影響。
목적탐토후린상세포암종류미배경대인수돌상세포발육적영향,위DC역묘재후암중적치료제공신사로。방법통과제취후암조직균장상청액체외모의종류미배경,제취유도화배양인수돌상세포세포,병채용검측인수돌상세포표형여CD1a표체。결과후암균장상청조DC세포돌기교암방균장상청조소,유도후DC세포CD11c、CD86、CD1a균명현하강。결론후린상세포암종류미배경가능대DC세포분화、발육구유중요영향。
Objective To study the ef ect of microenvironment on dendritic cel tumor development of laryngeal squamous cel carcinoma, to provide new ideas for the treatment of DC vaccine in laryngeal carcinoma.Methods By extracting the laryngeal carcinoma tissue homogenate supernatant liquid simulation of tumor microenvironment, induced and cultured cel s from human dendritic cel s, and the detection of human dendritic cel phenotype and CD1a expression.Results Laryngeal carcinoma supernatant; group DC cel processes were adjacent homogenate supernatant group, induced DC cells CD11c, CD86, CD1a decreased significantly.Conclusion Tumor laryngeal squamous cell cancer microenvironment may have an important influence on the development of DC cel dif erentiation.
