目的探讨关节镜下逆行股骨交锁髓内钉关节镜检查处理伴随症状的临床疗效。方法自2005年1月~2013年6月对56例股骨远端骨折行逆行股骨交锁髓内钉内固定术后的患者，关节镜下取逆行交锁髓内钉，同时处理膝关节内症状。结果56例均获随访，随访时间6~30个月，所有患者术后无感染，无关节内积液，膝关节活动度110o(95o~130o)。效果较好。结论本术优点为微创、安全、功能恢复快，同时处理了膝关节内其他伴随症状。
목적탐토관절경하역행고골교쇄수내정관절경검사처리반수증상적림상료효。방법자2005년1월~2013년6월대56례고골원단골절행역행고골교쇄수내정내고정술후적환자，관절경하취역행교쇄수내정，동시처리슬관절내증상。결과56례균획수방，수방시간6~30개월，소유환자술후무감염，무관절내적액，슬관절활동도110o(95o~130o)。효과교호。결론본술우점위미창、안전、공능회복쾌，동시처리료슬관절내기타반수증상。
Objective To investigate arthroscopic retrograde femoral intramedullary nail arthroscopy treatment associated with clinical symptoms. Methods From January 2005 to 2013 June 56 cases of distal femoral fracture with the retrograde intramedul ary nail fixation, arthroscopic removal of retrograde interlocking intramedul ary nail, and symptoms of knee joint. Results 56 cases were fol owed up, fol ow up time was 6 ~30 months after operation in al patients, no infection, no joint ef usion, knee joint activities of 110o (95o~130o). Conclusion This technique has the advantages of minimal y invasive, safe, quick functional recovery, at the same time inside the knee joint other accompanied symptoms.
