目的评价64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像在冠状动脉病变筛查及诊断中的临床应用价值。方法选取我院2012年7月~2014年3月405例经64排螺CT冠状动脉血管成像患者结果分析。结果405例检查患者中发现心肌桥59例，非钙化斑块15例，混合斑块238例，右冠优势型8例，右侧冠状窦异位4例。结论64排螺旋CT在冠状动脉病变的筛查及诊断中具有重要的临床应用价值。
목적평개64배라선CT관상동맥성상재관상동맥병변사사급진단중적림상응용개치。방법선취아원2012년7월~2014년3월405례경64배라CT관상동맥혈관성상환자결과분석。결과405례검사환자중발현심기교59례，비개화반괴15례，혼합반괴238례，우관우세형8례，우측관상두이위4례。결론64배라선CT재관상동맥병변적사사급진단중구유중요적림상응용개치。
Objective Evaluation of 64 slice spiral CT coronary angiography in coronary artery disease screening and diagnostic value of clinical application. Methods In our hospital from 2012 July to 2014 March, 405 cases with 64 row spiral CT coronary angiography in patients with result analysis. Results In the 405 cases patients with myocardial bridge were found in 59 cases, 15 cases of non calcified plaque, mixed plaque in 238 cases, 8 cases of right coronary dominant type, 4 cases of right coronary sinus ectopic. Conclusion 64 slice spiral CT has important clinical value in screening and diagnosis of coronary artery disease.
