目的:探讨恶性肿瘤血清离子钙检测的临床价值。方法:选择一般健康状况尚好的住院患者作为对照组,组织活检和其他检查确诊为癌症的患者103例作为检测组,分别检测血清离子钙水平。结果:对照组为(1.208±0.058)mmol/L。检测组中肝癌组为(1.370±0.197)mmol/L,阳性率为77.7%;肺癌组(1.320±0.119)mmol/L,阳性率为55.5%;食道癌组为(1.390±0.072)mmol/L,阳性率为93.7%;胃癌组(1.410±0.115)mmol/L,阳性率为81.8%;肠癌组为(1.370±0.095)mmol/L,阳性率为71.4%;其他肿瘤(1.400±0.096)mmol/L,阳性率为76.9%,各癌瘤组患者血清离子钙水平均高于对照组,对照组与各癌瘤组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:离子钙测定可作为恶性肿瘤的过筛试验,尤其当高钙血症的病因难以确定时,必须考虑恶性肿瘤的存在。
目的:探討噁性腫瘤血清離子鈣檢測的臨床價值。方法:選擇一般健康狀況尚好的住院患者作為對照組,組織活檢和其他檢查確診為癌癥的患者103例作為檢測組,分彆檢測血清離子鈣水平。結果:對照組為(1.208±0.058)mmol/L。檢測組中肝癌組為(1.370±0.197)mmol/L,暘性率為77.7%;肺癌組(1.320±0.119)mmol/L,暘性率為55.5%;食道癌組為(1.390±0.072)mmol/L,暘性率為93.7%;胃癌組(1.410±0.115)mmol/L,暘性率為81.8%;腸癌組為(1.370±0.095)mmol/L,暘性率為71.4%;其他腫瘤(1.400±0.096)mmol/L,暘性率為76.9%,各癌瘤組患者血清離子鈣水平均高于對照組,對照組與各癌瘤組比較差異有統計學意義(P<0.01)。結論:離子鈣測定可作為噁性腫瘤的過篩試驗,尤其噹高鈣血癥的病因難以確定時,必鬚攷慮噁性腫瘤的存在。
목적:탐토악성종류혈청리자개검측적림상개치。방법:선택일반건강상황상호적주원환자작위대조조,조직활검화기타검사학진위암증적환자103례작위검측조,분별검측혈청리자개수평。결과:대조조위(1.208±0.058)mmol/L。검측조중간암조위(1.370±0.197)mmol/L,양성솔위77.7%;폐암조(1.320±0.119)mmol/L,양성솔위55.5%;식도암조위(1.390±0.072)mmol/L,양성솔위93.7%;위암조(1.410±0.115)mmol/L,양성솔위81.8%;장암조위(1.370±0.095)mmol/L,양성솔위71.4%;기타종류(1.400±0.096)mmol/L,양성솔위76.9%,각암류조환자혈청리자개수평균고우대조조,대조조여각암류조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론:리자개측정가작위악성종류적과사시험,우기당고개혈증적병인난이학정시,필수고필악성종류적존재。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of serum calcium ion detection in malignant tumor.Method:The general healthy patients were as the control group,and the other a biopsy diagnosed cancer patients 103 cases were as test group,serum calcium levels were measured.Result:The control group was (1.208±0.058)mmol/L.Hepatocellular carcinoma group was (1.370±0.197)mmol/L,the positive rate was 77.7%.Lung cancer group was (1.320±0.119)mmol/L, the positive rate was 55.5%.Esophagus cancer group was (1.390±0.072)mmol/L,the positive rate of 93.7%.Gastric cancer group was (1.410±0.115)mmol/L,the positive rate was 81.8%.Colorectal cancer group was (1.370±0.095)mmol/L,the positive rate was 71.4%.Other tumor was (1.400±0.096)mmol/L,the positive rate was 76.9%,the cancer patient serum calcium ion group than that in control group,the control group and tumor group had significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusion:Calcium determination can be used as a screening test for malignant tumor,especially when the etiology of hypercalcemia when it is difficult to determine,must consider the presence of malignant tumors.
