目的：探讨子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜手术后口服去氧烯炔雌醇(妈富隆)和放置左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(曼月乐)两种不同方法对预防复发的效果。方法：选择宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉切除术并且术后病理证实为子宫内膜息肉的患者247例，随机分为三组：妈富隆组84例为术后口服妈富隆3~6个月，曼月乐组81例为术后放置左快诺孕酮宫内缓释系统，对照组82例为单纯行宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉切除术。术后随访12个月，观察三组子宫内膜息肉复发和月经情况。结果：妈富隆组复发率5.95%，曼月乐组复发率3.70%，对照组复发率18.29%，妈富隆和曼月乐组与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；妈富隆与曼月乐复发率组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；术后3、6、12个月妈富隆组和曼月乐组月经量少的构成比均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论：子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜手术后应用妈富隆或曼月乐可有效改善月经过多状况，降低子宫内膜息肉复发率。

목적：탐토자궁내막식육궁강경수술후구복거양희결자순(마부륭)화방치좌결낙잉동궁내완석계통(만월악)량충불동방법대예방복발적효과。방법：선택궁강경하자궁내막식육절제술병차술후병리증실위자궁내막식육적환자247례，수궤분위삼조：마부륭조84례위술후구복마부륭3~6개월，만월악조81례위술후방치좌쾌낙잉동궁내완석계통，대조조82례위단순행궁강경하자궁내막식육절제술。술후수방12개월，관찰삼조자궁내막식육복발화월경정황。결과：마부륭조복발솔5.95%，만월악조복발솔3.70%，대조조복발솔18.29%，마부륭화만월악조여대조조비교，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；마부륭여만월악복발솔조간비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)；술후3、6、12개월마부륭조화만월악조월경량소적구성비균명현고우대조조(P<0.01)。결론：자궁내막식육궁강경수술후응용마부륭혹만월악가유효개선월경과다상황，강저자궁내막식육복발솔。
Objective:To investigate the recurrence-prevention effect of oral Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets(Marvelon) or Levonorgestrel-releasing Intrauterine System(Mirena) after hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy.Method:247 patients who received hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy and were confirmed with endometrial polyp by postoperative pathological examination,were enrolled into this study.The patients were divided into three groups. Marvelon group(n=84) was given Marvelon Tablets three to six months after the operation.Mirena group (n=81) received Levonorgestrel-releasing Intrauterine System after the operation.And control group(n=82) received no treatment after hysteroscopic endometrial polyectomy.The three groups were followed 12 months after the procedure,and the recurrence rate and menstruation of three groups were compared.Result:The recurrence rate of marvelon group was 5.95%,mirena group was 3.70%,control group was 18.29%,control group had significantly higher recurrence rate than marvelon group and mirena group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance between marvelon group and mirena groups(P>0.05).The control group had lower proportion of low menstruation volume in three,six,twelve months after the operation than marvelon and mirena group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Oral Marvelon tablets or Levonorgestrel-releasing Intrauterine System after hysteroscopy for endometrial polys siginificantly decreases the recurrence rate and the menstruation volume.
