目的：观察分析低分子肝素联合静滴丙种球蛋白治疗复发性流产的临床疗效。方法：选取2011年6月-2012年6月笔者所在医院收治的复发性流产患者60例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例，观察组采用低分子肝素联合静滴丙种球蛋白治疗，对照组采用传统保胎法，观察两组的保胎成功率和不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组保胎成功率为86.67%，显著高于对照组的33.33%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组患者均未发生严重不良反应，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：低分子肝素联合静滴丙种球蛋白治疗复发性流产，保胎效果好，安全性高，值得临床推广。
목적：관찰분석저분자간소연합정적병충구단백치료복발성유산적림상료효。방법：선취2011년6월-2012년6월필자소재의원수치적복발성유산환자60례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조30례，관찰조채용저분자간소연합정적병충구단백치료，대조조채용전통보태법，관찰량조적보태성공솔화불량반응발생정황。결과：관찰조보태성공솔위86.67%，현저고우대조조적33.33%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；량조환자균미발생엄중불량반응，차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론：저분자간소연합정적병충구단백치료복발성유산，보태효과호，안전성고，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of Low Molecular Heparin combined with intravenous Gamma Globulin in the treatment of recurrent miscarriage.Method:60 cases with recurrent miscarriage were selected,who received treatment in our hospital from June 2011 to 2012 June.They were divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.Low Molecular Heparin combined with intravenous Gamma Globulin was taken by observation group.The traditional method of miscarriage was taken by the control group.The success rate of miscarriage and adverse reactions were observed. Result:Miscarriage success rate of observation group was 86.67%,which was significantly higher than the control group 33.33%,the difference had a statistical significance(P<0.05).Both groups had no serious adverse reactions,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Low Molecular Heparin combined with intravenous Gamma Globulin has a effect for miscarriage in the treatment of recurrent abortion,with a high safety,which is worthy of promotion.
