目的：探讨依折麦布联合阿托伐他汀对2型糖尿病患者颈动脉粥样斑块的影响。方法：选择笔者所在医院收治的70例有颈动脉粥样斑块的2型糖尿病患者，随机分为两组：对照组(阿托伐他汀20 mg，n=35)、治疗组(依折麦布10 mg联合阿托伐他汀20 mg，n=35)。经过6个月降脂治疗，监测两组低密度胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、C-反应蛋白(CPR)水平及颈动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)。结果：经过6个月的降脂治疗，治疗组较对照组能更显著降低LDL-C、TC、TG及IMT(P<0.05)。结论：依折麦布联合阿托伐他汀可以更好地降低血脂水平并逆转颈动脉粥样斑块。
목적：탐토의절맥포연합아탁벌타정대2형당뇨병환자경동맥죽양반괴적영향。방법：선택필자소재의원수치적70례유경동맥죽양반괴적2형당뇨병환자，수궤분위량조：대조조(아탁벌타정20 mg，n=35)、치료조(의절맥포10 mg연합아탁벌타정20 mg，n=35)。경과6개월강지치료，감측량조저밀도담고순(LDL-C)、총담고순(TC)、감유삼지(TG)、C-반응단백(CPR)수평급경동맥내-중막후도(IMT)。결과：경과6개월적강지치료，치료조교대조조능경현저강저LDL-C、TC、TG급IMT(P<0.05)。결론：의절맥포연합아탁벌타정가이경호지강저혈지수평병역전경동맥죽양반괴。
Objective:To explore the effects of Ezetimibe combined with Atorvastatin on plaque of carotid artery in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Method:A total of 70 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,suffering from plaque of carotid,were studied and randomly assigned to control group(Atorvastatin 20 mg,n=35),treatment group(Ezetimibe 10 mg combined with Atorvastatin 20 mg,n=35).After treatment for 6 months,to monitor the LDL-C,TC,TG and the level of carotid IMT.Result:Compared with the control group,the levels of LDL-C,TC,TG and carotid IMT of the treatment group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ezetimibe combined with Atorvastatin can significantly decrease serum lipid level and carotid artery plaques.
