对骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折应用经皮椎体成形术进行治疗，观察临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析我院经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者的临床资料。结果：治疗后VAS 评分、Cobb’s角及椎体高度丢失情况与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，治疗有效率为97.30％（584/600），不良反应发生率为0.67％（2/600）。结论：经皮椎体成形术是治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折有效和安全的方法。
對骨質疏鬆性椎體壓縮性骨摺應用經皮椎體成形術進行治療，觀察臨床療效。方法：迴顧性分析我院經皮椎體成形術治療骨質疏鬆性椎體壓縮性骨摺患者的臨床資料。結果：治療後VAS 評分、Cobb’s角及椎體高度丟失情況與治療前比較差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)，治療有效率為97.30％（584/600），不良反應髮生率為0.67％（2/600）。結論：經皮椎體成形術是治療胸腰椎壓縮性骨摺有效和安全的方法。

To observe the clinical curative effect of percutaneous vertebral plasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracturesed. Methods:Retrospective analysis of patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures who adopt percutaneous vertebral plasty for treatment. Results: The difference of VAS score, Cobb's Angle and vertebral height loss situation after treatment compared with before treatment was statistical y significant (P < 0.05), the treatment effective rate was 97.30% (584/600), the incidence of adverse reactions was 0.67% (2/600). Conclusion: The clinical curative effect of percutaneous vertebral plasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracturesed is good.
