结合大连南部滨海大道主桥索塔承台钢吊箱围堰施工实例,介绍了深水钢吊箱的结构构造形式,并对钢吊箱施工过程中各阶段不同的荷载工况进行了受力分析计算,指出采用海上承台单壁钢围堰设计方案,不仅工艺操作简单,材料用量合理,而且节约了工期,施工安全可靠。

Combining with the construction examples of main bridge cable tower platform overhead box cofferdam in southern Dalian Binhai Avenue, this paper introduced the structure form types of deepwater steel overhead box, and made stress analysis and calculation to load con-struction situation of different stages in steel overhead box construction process, pointed out that using the offshore platform single arm cofferdam design scheme, not only had simple operation process, reasonable material consumption, but also saved construction time, safe and reliable con-struction.
