通过对不同规范中地下建筑防火措施的要求进行对比，结合相关工程平面布局，从地下商业建筑防火分区的划分，下沉广场和防火隔间的合理运用，商业区和办公、仓储、餐饮、娱乐等功能区的布置等方面入手，对地下商业建筑防火设计的现状和难点进行分析，提出一系列相关建议，以预防火灾事故的发生。

Through the comparison to underground buildings fire protection measures requirements in different specifications, combining with re-lated engineering plant layout, this paper analyzed the current situation and difficulties of underground commercial buildings fire protection de-sign from underground commercial buildings fire protection partition divided, sunken plaza and fire protection compartment reasonable use, com-mercial area, office, catering, entertainment and other functional areas layout and other aspects, put forward a series of suggestions, prevent the fire protection accidents.
