中国古典舞身韵传统组合“驯龙”采用了以人物设置为前提的方法,由于其编排的原型是盖叫天的一套拳法,编排成身韵组合后,降龙伏虎之势的英雄形象鲜明活脱。教学是一个由浅入深,再深入浅出的过程,其最终目的是要将风格性融入一切舞姿与技术技巧中,表现在节奏处理、起始连接、点线处理、动势渲染、内在修养等诸多方面,以达到以神带形、以形传神的目的。它是沟通课堂教学与舞台表演的桥梁。

The Chinese classical dance "Training the Dragon"with the traditional combination of posture and rhythm, adopts the method of making figure setting as the precondition. As its origin is a set of fist position of Gai Jiaotian, the hero image of conquer-ing the dragon and tiger becomes vivid after it is made the com-bination of posture and rhythm. Teaching is a progressive ap-proach from the deep to the surface, with the ultimate goal of in-tegrating styles with dance posture and techniques, reflected in rhythm treatment, start-end connection, point-line treatment, pose rendering, and inner cultivation, thus integrating spirit with posture. It is the bridge connecting classroom teaching and stage performance.
