Advanced software programming is a compulsory foun-dation course for computer application, computer software and software engineering students. The teaching effect directly affects students' practical ability and employment prospects. The project, theory, practice and abstraction mak e this course difficult to the students who contact computer firstly. While the Visual Studio 2013 as a very complete tools and services can create a variety of applications for Microsoft platforms and other platforms. In this paper, combined with specific examples, how to use Visual Stu-dio 2013 (VS 2013) software development environment to imple-ment software programming was briefly analyzed.
