探讨医用无菌超声耦合剂在超声穿刺介入治疗术中的应用。方法采用随机、平行对照的研究方法，72例患者按随机表的顺序入组，试验组(由德州海利安生物科技股份有限公司提供)与对照组分别使用不同厂家生产的耦合剂。结果在有效性评价中：试验组在声像图效果、患者舒适度、抑菌性能方面均优于对照组，有效性评价为优效，优于对照组；在安全性评价中：试验组与对照组均未出现皮肤及黏膜刺激、局部过敏等不良反应。结论对于超声穿刺介入术中的检查或治疗，试验组医用无菌超声耦合剂的图像清晰度高，患者舒适度好，并具有较好的抑菌性能，值得临床推广。
탐토의용무균초성우합제재초성천자개입치료술중적응용。방법채용수궤、평행대조적연구방법，72례환자안수궤표적순서입조，시험조(유덕주해리안생물과기고빈유한공사제공)여대조조분별사용불동엄가생산적우합제。결과재유효성평개중：시험조재성상도효과、환자서괄도、억균성능방면균우우대조조，유효성평개위우효，우우대조조；재안전성평개중：시험조여대조조균미출현피부급점막자격、국부과민등불량반응。결론대우초성천자개입술중적검사혹치료，시험조의용무균초성우합제적도상청석도고，환자서괄도호，병구유교호적억균성능，치득림상추엄。
To discuss the application of the Medical Sterile Ultrasoic Couplant in the application of ultrasonic targeted intervention operation. Methods: Using randomized,paral el-group study method,the order of the 72 patients by random table into the group, the experimental group(provided by Dezhou Hailian Biological Technology Co., ltd) and control group respectively use different manufacturer production of the coupling agent. Results:In the effectiveness evaluation: patients, patient comfort, bacteriostatic effects in ultrasonographic performance were better than the control group, effectiveness evaluation for superior effect, is better than the control group; In the safety evaluation: the experimental group and control group did not appear the skin and mucous membrane irritation, adverse reactions such as local irritation.Conclusion:Because of the high-image clarity, high comfort and good Inhibitory effect of the applycation in the ultrasonic puncture in the examination or treatment, the Medical Sterile Ultrasoic Couplant was worthy to advance.
