Roxithromycin capsules%Orthogonal design%Formula technology
制备罗红霉素片,筛选出最佳处方工艺。方法:采用正交设计法,以溶出度作为考察指标,进行处方筛选、优化。结果:最佳处方中预胶化淀粉(A),低取代羟丙纤维素(B),泊洛沙姆(C)分别为80mg,40mg,3mg,3批优化处方的样品,以及市售样品在标准介质中15分钟溶出度均大于85%。结论:罗红霉素片优化处方合理,工艺简单,溶出行为与被仿样品具有一致性。
製備囉紅黴素片,篩選齣最佳處方工藝。方法:採用正交設計法,以溶齣度作為攷察指標,進行處方篩選、優化。結果:最佳處方中預膠化澱粉(A),低取代羥丙纖維素(B),泊洛沙姆(C)分彆為80mg,40mg,3mg,3批優化處方的樣品,以及市售樣品在標準介質中15分鐘溶齣度均大于85%。結論:囉紅黴素片優化處方閤理,工藝簡單,溶齣行為與被倣樣品具有一緻性。

To prepare Roxithromycin capsules,and to optimize the best formula technology.Methods:The formula was optimized by orthogonal design using dissolution as index.Results:The optimal formula of Roxithromycin capsules was as fol owed:amylum pregelatinisatum (A),L-hydroxypropylcel ulose (B),poloxamer (C) were 80mg,40mg,3mg, respectively.The dissolution of 3 batches of our samples and control article was more than 85%,.Conclusion: The formula of Roxithromycin capsules is reasonable, technology is simple, essential y,the dissolution curve in vitro was similar to imitation.
